Three More Hours Before The Dawn

2300 hrs

Of all the things I can do to help me go to sleep, I decided to go for a night run. A  3.4km short distance run which is slightly off the pace but it feels good enough to convince that I’d be able to sleep after that due to exhaustion.




0300 hrs

Still listening to the ticking of the clock in the quiet night.

P/s: What would you do when you have trouble sleeping?

      Yeah, reading could be one of the effective solutions to the problem :) and I guess we’ve spent too much time on electronic gadgets and stuff. Definitely need a break!
