Well, I realized about a year ago, that I have some kind of a knee problem. Yes, both of my knees. I’m having trouble bending and straightening my legs, that it even makes a cracking sound! I used to run regularly especially on the treadmill and felt pain after each workout and it usually took several days for the pain to subside.
Even then, my knees are still making that unique sound particularly when I climb down the stairs. Not sure if this has something to do with me being so actively involved in sports back then and stopped abruptly for few years before started again with running or is it because I don’t eat right and hence lacking calcium in my body?
Whatever it is, the idea of having a knee problem at this age is definitely worrying me. I’m starting to have this image in my head, where in 15 to 20 years from now, I’ll be an old lady, walking with three legs :|
Oh, by the way, I’m 28. Isn’t that a small number?
